སང་གི་ཏ་རའི།Sangeeta grew up learning the values that now quietly anchor everything she does — kindness, humility, respect, and a deep care for others. Simple living and emotional strength were the foundations of her upbringing, and they continue to shape both her personal life and her approach to wellness and healing. Her path toward yoga was gradual rather than sudden — a growing awareness of how essential mental, emotional, and physical balance are, and a desire to find more inner peace and self-understanding. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bhutan through the De-Suung Skilling Programme, led by teachers from Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh, covering traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga alongside yogic philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and teaching methodology. She has since trained in massage therapy, sound healing, moxibustion, and hot oil compression — each one a discipline in its own right, requiring precision, sensitivity, and in the case of moxibustion, a steady nerve around fire. Bumthang draws her back for personal and spiritual reasons — its monasteries, its stillness, and a quality of energy she finds difficult to describe but easy to feel.
