Payment and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent via email to MyBhutan at firstname.lastname@example.org. The terms below apply to all trips unless specified otherwise in writing by MyBhutan.
Reservation placed outside 90 days of arrival date:
- Upon time of booking: 15% deposit (non-refundable)
- 90 days prior to the arrival date: The remaining 85% final payment (non-refundable)
Reservation placed within 90 days of arrival date:
- Upon time of booking: 100% full payment (non-refundable)
The above cancellation policy is not inclusive of the following non-refundable fees:
- A $40 per person visa application fee
- Payment processing and transfer fees
- Fees related to private properties and private invitations
