PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be sent via email to MyBhutan at contact@mybhutan.com. The terms below apply to all trips unless specified otherwise in writing by MyBhutan.

Reservation placed outside 100 days of arrival date:  

  • Upon time of booking: 20% trip deposit plus the full fare of airline tickets (non-refundable)
  • 100 days prior to the arrival date: The remaining 80% final trip payment (non-refundable)

Reservation placed within 100 days of arrival date:  

  • Upon time of booking: 100% full trip payment plus the full fare of airline tickets (non-refundable)

The above cancellation policy is not inclusive of the following 100% non-refundable fees:

  • A $40 per person visa application fee
  • Payment processing and transfer fees
  • Airline tickets
  • Gangtey Lodge bookings (within 190 days before arrival)
  • Fees related to private properties and private invitations
  • Donations
