The terms below apply to all trips unless specified otherwise in writing by MyBhutan.Reservation placed outside 90 days of arrival date:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Upon time of booking: 15% deposit (non-refundable)</li><li>90 days prior to the arrival date: The remaining 85% final payment (non-refundable)</li></ul>Reservation placed within 90 days of arrival date:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Upon time of booking: 100% full payment (non-refundable)</li></ul>The above cancellation policy is not inclusive of the following non-refundable fees:<ul><li>A $40 per person visa application fee</li><li>Payment processing and transfer fees </li><li>Fees related to private properties and private invitations</li><li>Donations</li></ul><hr>If you would like to cancel your trip, please inform us by emailing <a href="mailto:contact@mybhutan.com">contact@mybhutan.com</a>.
